It depends on the scope: which services, integrations and devices are involved. Every case is different, so we give you a fixed quote before we start, so you know the total from the beginning.
How long does it take?
Simple implementations: 1–2 weeks. Medium implementations (Microsoft 365 for a 30-person company): 3–6 weeks. Complex enterprise ones: 2–4 months.
Do you train users or only IT?
Both. End-user training is what determines whether the project is actually adopted. We run group sessions + 1-on-1 attention for key profiles.
Who maintains it after the implementation?
You decide: we hand everything over documented and your team maintains it, or you hire ongoing administration with us. No lock-in.
